We are known not only in Pakistan but also globally as the largest manufacturers of premium quality SRM Free Crushed Bone, Bone Grist, Bone Meal, Meat Bone Meal, Steamed Horn & Hoof Meal, and other bone goods. We use healthy animal bones from approved slaughterhouses to produce high-quality products and deliver them on time to our customers. All bones goods are produced by S.S Industry, a bones company is conformity with global standards. Numerous producers all over the globe acknowledge the high quality of our products. To create SRM-free lowered bones, bones are removed from healthy animals that are slaughtered in approved slaughterhouses from the Animal Quarantine Dept., Pakistan.
Our goods are well known throughout the world, but they are particularly well known in Japan, Thailand, the USA, China, and Europe for their outstanding outcomes.
Infrastructure: Bones are derived from healthy animals (Cow & Buffalo) that have been slaughtered exclusively in a slaughterhouse under veterinary control before and after slaughtering and have been found fit for human consumption.
Exclude of SRM: After raw bones are lifted in the decreasing plant, categorization is done to eliminate SRM material including heads, spinal cords, vertebrae, eyes, as well as tonsils. Crushed bones and other bone products are manufactured using only SRM-free components.
Reception: To avoid contamination, the raw bone reception location is situated away from the production unit, is easily washable, and is frequently disinfected. Foreign material such as Horns & Hoofs that arrive with Raw Bones is removed at the reception area.
Working Mode: S.S Industry, a Bone Crushing Company, has a continuous highly automated production process that is well defined by the production chart. Rotary washers are used to clean raw bones before further processing in order to remove fat/grease and improve the color of end goods such as crushed bone.
Finished Product: S.S Industry, a Bone Crushing Company has covered storage capacity of above 1500 tonnes in our factory area and approximately 1000 tonnes in our warehouse. To avoid contamination, crushed bones for gelatin are stored separately from other fertilizers.

Tracking: All deliveries are tracked, and records of incoming deliveries are kept. Daily production and shipment records are kept in order to make appropriate corrections.
