MEAT & BONE MEAL PREPRATIONS
The utility model relates to agriculture and can be used to produce protein and vitamin supplements from animal byproducts like bone and rendered meat, feathers, etc. It is suggested that raw material consisting of tissue and bones be successively ground, cooked to a pulp, hydrolyzed, sterilised, degreased, and dried in order to produce meat and bone meal. The method involves feeding a mass of ground raw material into a thin-layered boiler and hydrolyzer in a layer no thicker than 30 mm, where it is cooked to a pulp for 90 to 300 seconds at a temperature of 180 to 250 degrees Celsius, and then the boiled and hydrolyzed product is fed into a vacuum drying unit where it is dried for 90 minutes at a temperature of 110 degrees Celsius.The dried product is then fed into an extractor, where it is extracted with a hexane solvent at a temperature of 55 to 60 degrees Celsius for 45 to 60 minutes, the meat and bone meal is separated from the molasses, and the meat and bone meal is dried in a toasting oven while the hexane solvent vapours are removed. These vapours are then condensed and returned to the process, where the molasses is separated from the hexane solvent

HORN & HOOVES PREPARATIONS
Horns and Hooves are collected from all over the country by our raw material suppliers. Horns and Hoof are manually sorted and are stored in allocated sheds. While sorting all foreign materials i.e. (iron, glass, plastic etc) are 100% removed. To produce only hoof meal raw hooves are put in the boiler for steaming. To produce horn and hoof meal raw horn and hoof are put in the boiler of equal weight. STEAMING TIME AND DEGREE Material is steamed at 140 degree centigrade for over 3 hours. Materials is removed from the boiler and are layed on the yard for Natural sun drying. When the mater is fully sun dried are placed in the shed for crushing. Sun dried material is crushed of the desired size, 0.3MM, 0.9MM, 0.8MM, 3-9MM, 1/2 inch and down
